  1. I love your website. The photos are amazing. I am working on a book proposal on creative restaurant butter displays. I am wondering if you remember any butter displays that stand out in all of your travels to different restaurant. Thank you for your time.

    1. Thanks alisa, off the top of my head, Steirereck and L2O had pretty interesting butter presentations.

      I havent been there, but Les Creations De Narisawa in Tokyo has quite an interesting presentation as well
